Hallo,
ich habe einen neuen Rechner und wollte mein Photoshop Elements 2015 auf dem neuen Rechner aktivieren. Hierzu habe ich die Installationsdatei über mein Konto runtergeladen und installiert. Bei der Eingabe der Seriennummer bekomme ich leider eine Meldung, dass die Serienummer schon zu oft verwendet wurde. Ich soll ein aktiviertes Gerät deaktivieren. Leider wird mir auf meinem Account kein aktiviertes Gerät angezeigt.
Was kann ich tun?

The Chat box is not active because Support is not open in Germany over the weekend. Even though general support by either chat or telephone is not available for older versions, they are still required to reset your license activation on an older version. If the menu choices ask which version you have or tell you that support is not available for older versions, make whatever choice allows you to make contact and tell them that all you need is license activation. You need to contact Adobe Support and tell them that all you need is to reset the activations for your Elements 2015 license.

Thanks for your reply and the link to the phone numbers.
The blue contact button leads in Germany to the next page for contact option, but not to an chat. Phone is not an option offered for this product and i didnt found the link, but I will try to call on Monday.
