Wieso kann man den Support dazu nicht kontaktieren?.

Warum gibt es nirgendwo einen Hinweis, das die Bildbearbeitung das Format vom iPhone nicht unterstützt?

Do you have Photoshop Elements & Premiere Elements? The files are supported in the video editor Premiere Elements.
