Photoshop Elements 2018 not launch macOS High Sierra 10.13.3

I bought used MacBook Pro (2013 late), upgraded macOS High Sierra, because Mac was in the factory settings. I loaded Photoshop Elements 2018 from App Store, but that software wasn't launching. I don't yet understand macOS operating system, because I have used it less than a week. Here are the details of the problem.

Cab you launch directly from the Applications folder?

Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018.app

Yes I can, but it doesn't help. The window will open from there normal, but when I click organizer or photo editor can't get anywhere. Bottom window that then opens.

Can you go to:

Applications >> Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018 >> Support Files

Inside the support files folder double-click on Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor

If the editor app launches right-click on the dock icon and choose:

Options >> Keep in dock

You should then be able to launch in future with a single click on the new dock icon. Organizer can be opened from the tool options bar at the bottom of the Editor.

I'm having the same problem...

I can run the 'Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018', but I can't run the Photo Editor.

The Organizer and the Premier Elements work as normally...

My system is OSX 10.13.4.

If you can’t find anything in the Support Files folder it could be because the app store version is hidden within package contents.

Can you click on the Editor or Organizer in launch pad?
