Hello,
I've just purchased a new 'teacher' copy of Photoshop Elements 2018, after my previous computer died. I've had my teacher status verified by Adobe, who subsequently sent me a serial number to activate the new software. Unfortunately the serial number sent is the same as my previous version of photoshop that I bought several years ago - and it will not recognise it as valid. Please can I be sent a valid serial number?
Rather frustrated by how difficult it appears to be to contact Adobe, ironically the contact page does not contain any contact details.
