Photoshop Elements 2018 won't print

I just installed Photoshop Elements 2018 for mac and I can't get it to print. The Elements print dialog works fine, and when I click "print" it brings up the mac print dialog just fine, but when I click "print" on that, nothing happens. I tried multiple images with no luck. I had to open the image in Elements 8 in order to print it.

I'm using Mac OS High Sierra (10.13.1), and an Epson Artisan 837 printer connected over the network.

Anybody else seeing similar print issues?

if yes, please reset the preferences of PSE2018. For this:

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Can you please tell me on which Operating System you are working ?

Can you please try after resetting the preferences. For this :

1. In Photoshop Elements, press ctrl/cmd+k

2. Click on 'Reset preferences on next launch' button. See the screen grab attached below.

3. Click on 'Ok' button.

4. Relaunch the application.
