Photoshop Elements 2019 saves to random folders under my scanner save location.  I read through several discussions.

 

1) Why does Adobe Reader DC affect Photoshop Elements 2019 default settings?

2) What Adobe applicationsaffect the Photoshop Elements 2019 defaults?

3) how many Adobe software products do I need to change?
