Habe mit dem Downloader folgendes Problem:

Kamera und Kartenleser

In den „Voreinstellung“ habe ich eine Haken gesetzt bei:

„Nur neue Dateien importieren (bereits importierte Dateien ignorieren)“

Trotzdem werden von der Kamera/Karten stets sämtliche Dateien importiert,

also auch diese, die schon importiert sind.

Was kann ich tun um das Importieren der bereits importierten Dateien zu verhindern ?

Das Fenster im Downloader "duplizieren" ist grau und lässt sich nicht anklicken.

Do you shoot in raw and jpeg?  And do you automatically stack the jpeg/raw photos?  If so, I have found that the files that are not visibile in the stack are not recognized by the Adobe Photo Downloader and will be imported again if you are using the same memory card.  If you are importing the files to a folder with the date taken, the duplicate files (normally jpegs) will be given a -1 suffix when imported.  If that happens to me, I do a search for files with -1 and delete them from the latest batch import (using the Sort by Import batch filter).

Vielen Dank für die Antwort. Leider trifft es bei mir nicht zu, dass ich in beiden Formaten fotografiere- Es handelt sich ausschließlich um JPEGs.

Der Adobe support will mir leider auch nicht mehr helfen, sie schrieben, dass sie die 2019er Version nicht mehr supporten.
