Habe Elements 2019 gekauft, leider hatte ich Probleme mit meinem Notebook und musste 3x die erworbene SW installieren. Dieses Mal kann ich das erworbene Elements 2019 in meinem Kontoprofil nicht mehr finden, weshalb ich es auch nicht mehr auf das neue Notebook installieren kann. Seriennummer weiß ich nicht.
Elements 2019 will appear in your Adobe.com account profile as Elements Version 17. Does this solve your problem? The serial number should also appear in your account profile.
Since you have installed the program several times, you may get a message that it has been activated too many times. If that is the case, you will need to contact Adobe Support to deactivate your license. You will then be able to reinstall the program.
