Photoshop Elements 2019 - Upgrade

I can't seem to find the answer to this question: Is the online Adobe $79 upgrade version a DVD installation?

I have rural DSL, which means a download will be impossible, so I must have the DVD.

Hi Michelle,

It will allow you to only download and install the upgrade onto your system, you can use a library or office computer to download the upgrade then move it onto a flash drive and install it on your computer.

Certain retail outlets are reporting that the boxed version with the DVD won't be shipping for several weeks (late November or early December).  I don't know if the Adobe site will be shipping earlier than that.  This is not being made clear in the product descriptions.  So, if you buy online, make sure that you are getting the DVD version, not the online download code.
