Photoshop Elements 2020 installation

New Here ,
Dec 26, 2024 Dec 26, 2024

I recently acquired a unopened version of Photoshop Elements 2020.  When I put the disk into my cd drive, it always pops up an error window stating that I have to update my browser.

Quote:  "To use Adobe services, please update your Adobe applications, operating system, and browser to the latest versions."

I am running Windows 10, 64bit, version 22H2.  And Microsoft Edge and/or Chrome which are currently up to date.

Anybody have any suggestions?

thank you.

Unplug your network cable, turn off your wifi, run the installer- turn everything back on.

Awesome Glenn, can't believe it was that easy.  Called customer service, got my software registered and my serial number. Everything is working great.

Wish I could take credit for it- it just works-- I know I saw it here in this community a year or two ago- glad it works.
