Photoshop Elements 2020 Organizer needs to look like Elements 7.

How can I get the organizer in 2020 to look like and function like the organizer in Elements 7? The new one is a catastrophe! Where is the nice charcoal gray and the folder side bar on the right? Everything is in the wrong place and looks awful! Please let me change the view!

You are probably in the adaptive view.  Press Ctrl+D to get to the Details view (and go to the View menu to toggle what details you want to see in the grid).  There are two toggle buttons, one on each side of the lower tool bar which display the panels you are used to.
