Just downloaded 2020 and installed. When I try to run it I get the message;

Code execution could not proceed (0xc000007b)

I believe this is a .dll failure. Help please.

Thanks Akash, I have worked through all of the suggestions and nothing
fixes the problem.
I have worked through the detail of each step and it appears that recent
updates to Windows 10
are not compatible with PSE 2020. Adobe have simply not kept pace with
the operating system.
My conclusion is that Adobe PSE 2020 is not fit for purpose and I should
receive a refund for my purchase.
Thanks

Hi Cliff,

Sorry that the issue still persists. I'd recommend that you use the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaner tool to remove Photoshop Elements from your computer and then reinstall it.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Akash

Thank you Akash but I do not wish to use the Creative Cloud application and pay a regular subscription.

I bought and paid for PSE 2020 to run on my Windows 10 PC, and it doesn't.

I have now spent three days trying to correct this error and to put it bluntly Adobe software is just not worth that level of effort.

It is not as advertised. It's Bin time!!
