Photoshop Elements 2021 - Problem mit Anmeldung im Adobe Account - Kein deutsches Tastatur-Layout

Ich habe eine Testversion von Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 installiert und die Testphase ist abgelaufen. Danach habe ich die Vollversion gekauft und wollte diese per Seriennummer aktivieren.

Das war auch kein Problem, aber beim ersten Start der Software musste ich mich in meinem Adobe Account anmelden. Im Dialog für die Eingabe meiner E-Mail-Adresse konnte ich kein @ Zeichen eingeben, weil das Tastatur-Layout nur in der Adobe Software scheinbar verstellt war! Alle anderen Programme (Editor, Word, etc.) haben das @ Zeichen auf meiner Tastatur problemlos dargestellt.

 

Es wäre schön, wenn dieser Fehler behoben wird. Vielen Dank.

Hallo, ich habe das gleiche Problem. Beim ersten starten von Photoshop Elements 2021 muss man sich bei Adobe anmelden um das Programm zu aktivieren, dazu muss man im Anmeldedialog seine E-Mail Adresse eingeben, aber es ist nicht möglich das @ Zeichen einzugeben. Dadurch kann ich das Programm nicht nutzen. Bei allen anderen Programmen und Anwendungen funktioniert das ohne Probleme. 

Bitte um eine schnelle Lösung, vielen Dank.

Are you sure that it's your email adress which is expected or your forum user name? You can't choose your email adress as your user name because it's forbidden to choose personal data as a user name or even in your signature. To be sure, could you post a screenshot of the input dialog?

Hello MichelBParis, I had a problem during the login procress of the Photoshop Elements 2021 software. I actived my software with the serialnumber and then you must login with your adobe account (email and password). The dialog did not use my german keyboard layout. Adobe Photoshop elements 2021 use english keyboard layout. I do not know why. I could solve the program with copy & past. I wrote my email address in a word document and copy the text to adobe photoshop elements 2021. Now it works! Thank you for your help.

Ich habe jetzt eine Lösung gefunden! Dazu habe ich meine E-Mail-Adresse in einem anderen Programm (z.B. Word, Editor, etc.) eingetippt, die Adresse markiert und in die Zwischenablage kopiert (STRG-C) und in Adobe beim Einloggen mit (STRG-V) eingefügt. Danach funktionierte es.

Hallo und Danke für die Infos. Das mit Copy und Paste (STRG-C) und (STRG-V) hat auch bei mir funktioniert. aber warum die @Taste nicht in der Eingabemaske funktioniert ist mit nicht klar. Diesen Effekt hatte ich bisher nie, zumal bei allen anderen Anwendungen die Taste problemlos funktioniert.  

Trotzdem vielen Dank für die Rückmeldungen.
