Photoshop Elements 2021 still not working on Monterey

Hello,
I bought Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements in October 2021 after Upgrading to Big Sur.
Now I would like to upgrade to Monterey and after months still the 2021 Adobe products are not able to work correctly with Monterey????? Is this a way to force customers into subcriptions? Please notice that there are some people who use these programs only for private projects once in a while who don't have the money to pay for packages they will never use.
Please update the 2021 Elements for Monterey use. Thanks in advance.

 What exact issue do you see when you try to use Photoshop Elements 2021 on Monterey? Would you mind updating it to Photoshop Elements 2022?

To Update Elements, I request you to please Launch and Close Elements Organizer and leave your system idle, depending on your internet connection speed - the update will be applied automatically. It should fix the launch issue for Photoshop Elements.

If the automatic update fails, please install the update for Photoshop Elements 2022 manually from Elements Organizer.
