Photoshop Elements 2022 keeps asking me to sign in

Ever since yesterday, every time I open PSE2022, I'm prompted to sign in with my Adobe ID in order to agree to terms and conditions. I sign in, and it redirects me to a page telling me that I'm "all set" and that I can close the tab and return to the application. However, the application does not recognize that I've signed in and accepted the terms and conditions, and I have to just manually close the sign-in prompt. This keeps happening every time I open the application, and it's really annoying. This is a legally purchased and activated copy of PSE2022 that I have been using without issue since earlier this year, and it's only now begun to have this problem.

Are you possibly a Mac user who has just upgraded your OS to Sonoma?

No, I'm using Windows 11. This is a new PC I got earlier this year, and I installed PSE2022 at the time I got it.

I have just come across this thread with your answer. I am getting the problem with a brand new iMac that is loaded with Sonoma. Any help would be most appreciated.

If you have pse 2023, and sonoma, you basically need the latest version.

Terence34,

Do you have a Adobe Creative Cloud application?

Located in Applications/Adobe Creative Cloud

If so, start the Adobe Creative Cloud and see if signing in makes any difference.

On a related note:   I had to manually delete two lies of info in my computer program files for my copy of "fences" to stop asking me to sign in.

My login info always gets jacked up when I sign in with my School credentials, at school.   It affects all my adobe stuff---  even if I have stuff running at home-- I generally just close it (Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat Pro for example)  I have to force myself to remember to log out of anything I shinged in using my school email.have to go back to my school adobe account- which has all adobe products (90% of which I dont touch) and make sure I sign out of that.

I've found this article to help  a bit with  simpliar issues I had last year.  It got me thinking about other causes een though  it talks about acrobat.

https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-repeatedly-prompts-for-sign-in.html

I then have go go back to my home computer, and make sure to sign out of anything that I used my school crdentials on, and sign out of PSE.    Once I do that I don't have any issues.
