I am currently using this as the free trial. Have also recently upgraded to Monterey. Unable to see the Foreground/Background colour on Toolbar. Any help please?

If I am unable to use this then I shall not be purchasing the software!

Your monitor resolution seems to be less than the minimum supported resolution due to which the tools are getting truncated. Could you please let us know the resolution and scaling factor of your display device?

Additionally, the suggestions in the link shared by Walter_H would also be helpful.
