Photoshop Elements 2023 crashes by startup with macOS Big Sur 11.7.1 (Mac mini M1)

Just bought PS Elements 2023.

Installing was no problem, but it crashes when I try to open it.

My computer is Mac mini M1 running Big Sur 11.7.1

Among the system requirements, macOS 11 is listed by Adobe.

What could be the issue??

Other people have the same problem?
