Photoshop elements 2023 photo editor not installing.

I purchased Photoshop Elements 2023. I installed it and it was successful. The organizer works great but when I try to open the photo editor, it first tells me that I need to sign in. When I click that screen, it takes me to a screen to download Elements 2023. I went through the process of downloading Elements 2023 again but it still does not open. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program but that didnt help.

I am having a similar problem. I purchased photoshop 2023 from Best Buy and the organizer worked fine. when I tried to use the editor it is asking for a serial number which I did not get as far as I can see. Did you get your issue resolved?

I just purchased Photoshop Elements and it keeps asking me to sign in over and over but Photoshop will not open. Did you find a way to make it work?

Thanks Greg, I tried that Chat Virtual Assistant several time and it didn't help at all. I did make note of their phone # and will try calling tomorrow if they are open.
