Photoshop Elements 2023 photos not showing in organizer

I am trialing this software.

Using a Mac running Ventura OSX

Importing an existing catalogue that I use on Elements 2022 .

95% of the images show an icon (attached). If i select the photo to be edited with  editor the photo will show.

I do not have this problem with Elements 2022
