Photoshop Elements 2023 quit working

I bought PSE 2023 on the web, so I did not receive a disc.  It quit working a while back.  What do I do?

From where did you purchase Photoshop Elements 2023? Can you share your registered email ID/ Adobe ID? 

Since when are you seeing this issue? What happens when you try to launch it? Do you see any error messages? Have you tried re-installing the application?

I purchased it online. I do not recall my id. It is not in my passwords
list.

The problem showed up a week or so ago. I have been too busy to pursue it.

I haven't tried to reinstall it yet. I think I have the installer in the
computer. I did not get a disk. I will try that. Can I do that while the
faulty program is in the hard drive or should I uninstall it first?

Uninstall before reinstalling.

Finally got it working.  Still unsure what made the defference, but I don't care.  Thanks for everone who helped.
