Photoshop Elements 2024 Activation issues

I recently purchased a bundle of Elements 2024 for Photoshop and Premier for MAC

I received the Download files and the activation serial numbers. When I copy and paste the serial numbers into the activation box I get a RED Activation FAIL message.

How do I get these products activated?

If you purchased an upgrade version for a discount and the prior version is not installed, I think you must first insert the prior version's serial number to establish that you qualify for the discount.

Thanks but this was a new version not an upgrade
