Photoshop elements 2024 constantly freezes on start up

Recently purchased Elements 2024 for iMac running latest operating system for ios. Os has 64Gb RAM, 3 Tb HDD and latest version of ios, Senoma 14.5.

When I first installed it I experienced the same problem but it seemed to resolve itself. Went on holiday for 2 weeks and during that time iMac was shut down and no one used it but as son as I try to use it the software freeze with a message saying "Loading Adobe Photoshop Elements works space". I cannot do anything with it.

This is a major bug and it needs to be addressed by adobe.

Can anyone help me? At the moment my only solution is to again completely uninstall Elements and move to one of the many other software packages that actually work on a iMac
