Photoshop Elements 2024 Error on load

OS : Mac M2 - Ventura 13.7.3

Error 11

Configuration Error.

That's all I have from Photoshop Elements Error.

I happens on Editor and on Organizer.

Any Clue to help me ?

I would uninstall Adobe Photoshop Elements 2024 by going to

Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers

and running the

Uninstall Adobe Photoshop Elements 2024

Then install Adobe Photoshop Elements 2024 from here:

But, errou 11 is defined by Adobe, so adobe should tell us under what circumstances it is triggered.

install and uninstal is basic solution , and is not garantem that works.

Adobe error 11 is an installation error that occurs when more than one instance of the Adobe Application Manager is running. To fix this error, you can quit any additional instances of the application and restart your computer.
With windows computers this can happen when not all background processes associated with the installation are not closed out.   Users will often try another installation- but those background processes are still  running.   

Rebooting will clear all that, then you should be able to install with no issues.
