Photoshop Elements 2024 - MacOS and Windows Network path for pictures different

Hi, I used Elements in a prior version on Windows and all pictures are stored on \\diskstation\Pictures\...

when I now installed Elements on MacOS, I converted the Catalog to 2024 but all network are shown as "Offline Files", but not as missing.

I now tried to fix it on MacOS and the path there is shown as Pictures\... without the \\diskstation in front. When I hover over it shows "\Volumes\Pictures"

As I would like to use the same Catalog on Windows sometimes, how can I have the network pictures to be compatible in the catalog with Mac and Windows?

If above des not work: How could I relink all files to the MacCompatible path? As they are not shown as missing I could only manage by linking one by one.

Is there no solution available to re-enable Windwos Path to Mac path or better have it compatible between both OS so I can switch between Windows and Mac OS?
