Photoshop Elements 2024 on Apple Silicon asks for Rosetta

I have just downloaded Photoshop Elements 2024 from my adobe account and installed it on my new MacBook Pro 16 2024 (M4). When I started PSE after installation, it asked me to install Rosetta 2, which I would like to avoid. In other forum posts people have reported that there is an apple silicon compatible version of PSE 2024 that does not require Rosetta. Looking at info for the app file, it is listed as being the apple silicon version.

Can someone indicate to me where I might find the correct version that does not require rosetta ?
