photoshop elements 2024 on macOS High Sierra

l'aggiornamento a photoshop elements 2024 da 2018, non si installa a causa del sistema operativo che risulta obsoleto e non aggiornabile da parte di Apple (Io ho un iMac del 2011 con OS High Sierra). esiste un rimedio per ovviare a questo problema?

There is only one remedy:   You need to purchase a new computer.  PSE 2024 wont run on your OS--- your OS is outdated, and your OS has been unsupported since NOV 2020.

photoshop elements 2020 was the last version compatible with high sierra

see if tou can swap with someone else.  if you can there's an adobe process to transfer licenses legally.

Purtroppo l'assistenza Adobe mi dice che non c'è soluzione al mio problema. Quindi ha già provveduto alla restituzione della somma pagata per l'acquisto de Photoshop elements. Tutto risolto al meglio. Grazie
