Photoshop Elements 2024

Have just bought upgrade from Photoshop Elements 13 and downloaded Photoshop Elements 2024. 

Hwr. when I click on the programme ikon nothing happens.

I am working on a stationary PC and cannot use apps, only programmes. 

Is that a problem?

Can you open it from the exe file in Program Files?

Try right click > Run as administrator.

Have received a mail address from adobe team, so will try and solve problem with them.

Adobe doesn't do email support. Don't give any personal information.

It is likely a scammer, especially if it is from an Outlook email address.

Please sen me a PM at this forum so that I can report it.

Thanks advice. Indeed received info about mail address as a private message from an Alexander Booth. His provided mail adress is from an outlook mailaddress. Have not replied with the required info about the PSE 2024 serial number. See attached copy of mail from adobe.tech@outlook.com.    

There is no exe file in the downloaded files. Should I remove the photoshop elements 2024 programme from the programme list in windows and start a new download? Rgds Søren

Yes, uninstall and try downloading a new installation file and reinstall.

In addition to what Bob has said, Adobe does not use @outlook.com. Their addresses end with adobe.com

Success. New download and running the installation programme .exe abt. 10 minutes. Photoshop Elements 2024 now installed.

Received another Private Message with an adobe outlook mail address. Will delete and also the 1st PM.
