Photoshop Elements 2025 Editor error at close

Every time I exit the Photoshop Elements 2025 Photo Editor, I get the following error:

"Unhandled win32 exception occurred in [27752] PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe"

There could be many causes for the error, many of which have nothing to do with Elements.  Do a Google search for:

Unhandled win32 exception occurred in [27752]

The number inside the brackets (i.e.--27752) changes with every execution. But the error always seems to be "Access violation reading location 0x0000000000000028."
