PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 21 ORGANISEUR Problème avec l'option "Visage"

J'ai arrété d'utiliser toutes les options de "Organiseur Visages" pendant beaucoup de temps. Je reprends maintenant cette option pour remettre à jour les nouveaux visages mais le programe n'indique plus les visages, et beaucoup 70% des anciens ne sont plus localisés sur les "Media".

 Comment corriger le programe actuel ? Faut-il relancer sur le programe installé la configuration ?

Please explain in more detail what you mean when you say you stopped using all of the options of face recognition and what is not working when you try to use it again.  Also please explain in more detail why the files may be missing in the Media grid.  Or do you mean they are missing from the People tab?

Have you moved your files using Windows File Explorer (or Mac's Finder)?  If so, the Organizer's catalog will lose track of where the files are stored on your computer, and the files will become "missing".

(Since personal computers did not exist when I learned French, I am going to ping @MichelBParis who may be able to help us with anything that is being lost in translation.  😉)
