I recently update my Photoshop Elements to 22 from 19.  I used the same email for 22 vs 19 which is my personal email.  I have an account for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC for a different project and use an email associated with the non-profit.  All was cool under version 19.  Now I can't function sanely.     Right now, I'm constantly having to signoff/on.   The other things is that sometime I want to have both opened.   I'm editing a picture and get an email with a PDF attachment.   ARG!!!

What suggestion does anyone have?

Best to use the same account. There is no alternative to allow two to be used at once - unless you can persuade Elements not to check.

I have no idea whether this will help, but Elements 2022 has recently issued an updated installer that does not require the installation of the Creative Cloud desktop.  Try uninstalling all Adobe software including the Creative Cloud desktop application.  Then install Elements 2022 from this link.

Next, install Acrobat DC.

As I say, I have no idea whether this will solve your problem, but it may be worth a try.
