Photoshop Elements 7.0 serial number not valid anymore

I uninstalled pse 7.0 from my old laptop and install it on the new one as suggested from online support but the serial number doesn't work anymore. the online support said this might happen but unfortunately there isn't a chat support for this version anymore so they can't help.

What can I do now?

What do you mean by doesn't work?

Is the serial number refused during install?

Is your version the same age as CS3?
