By opening a photo for placement of a text speech bubble in photoshop elements 9, how do I place text into the speech bubble that shows while typing?

Here is the answer by @hatstead in one of the threads:

I assume that you are accessing a talk bubble via the custom shape tool.

Set your foreground color chip to white, then drag out the bubble on your picture. The inside of the bubble should be white.

Change your foreground color chip to black

Activate the type tool and add the text.
