Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements 2021 says invalid serial number while activating

Hallo,

ich habe im Januar ein Upgrate von Photoshop Elements + Premiere 2021 gekauft. Wenn ich den Fotoeditor starte, werde ich nach dem Lizenzschlüsses gefragt. Dann erhalte ich die Mitteilung, dass dieser ungültig sei. Der Lizeschlüssel ist direkt von der acount Seite kopiert.
