Photoshop Elements doesn't write Arabic

I am interested in purchasing Photoshop Elements. However, after downloading the trial version, I noticed that it does not support writing in Arabic.

Is there any way to enable Arabic language support (for writing and printing) in Photoshop Elements?

One way i know of is to use this Arabic Template.

It originally was for Photoshop CS4, but should in Photoshop Elements as well.

Photoshop Elements never had an Arabic support enabled. You may want to consider subscribing to Photoshop which has pretty good amount of Right-to-Left controls for Arabic/Farsi/Kurdish/Urdu and similar languages.
