Photoshop Elements Editor fordert Seriennummer

Ich habe Photoshop Elements 21 neu installiert...beim Start des Editors verlangt dieser plötzlich die Seriennummer...aber die (korrekte) Nummer aus dem Mail funktioniert nicht.

Und nun? Derzeit kann ich es damit nicht nutzen 😞

No, I just got an e-mail with the Serial-Number...an time.

I can Start the Organizier but any time I start the Editor it want's to activate with a serial number 😞

I found the fault. It seems, that the intalled version has been an older one (2021) and I've been thinking, that's the actual one. Now it works. Thx a lot!
