Trying to install 2023 Photoshop Elements ( was on my MacBook Air) to iPad Pro. Getting nowhere and cannot connect with a human at Adobe. Any suggestions very welcome, thanks!

Hi @maeadobesot, Welcome to the Adobe Community Forums! Unfortunately, Adobe Photoshop Elements 2023 does not have a dedicated iPad app. However, a separate Photoshop app for iPad includes features like Generative and is designed to work with the Apple Pencil. You can check out more information about Photoshop for Mobile here: https://adobe.ly/4kyo9tI?. I hope this helps! ^CH

You don't install apps on your iPad like you do on a MacBook Air. You install apps on your iPad exclusively via the Apple App Store. Apple takes a % from the app vendor for every app purchased via  the App Store.

There is no iPad app for Photoshop Elements but there is Photoshop on the iPad (which is a different interface to desktop Photoshop and does not yet have all the same features).

Photoshop on the iPad | FAQ

If you have an existing Creative Cloud subscription which includes Photoshop then Photoshop on the iPad is included for no extra cost.

If not, you can subscribe separately to the iPad version via the App Store.
