Photoshop Elements versions 2 AND 9 on same PC?

I've been using Photoshop Elements 2 for years and just purchased version 9.  Can I have both installed and operational on my PC at the same time?  I don't want to uninstall and give up on version 2 until I'm comfortable with version 9.

Yes you can have both installed.

Neither should affect the other.
