Have you tried reinstalling the applications?

You could try update your video card driver from the manufacturer’s site.

Sorry that you cannot launch Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements on your computer running the Windows 10 as you keep showing a blank screen.

Hi there,

It seems you are facing issue with white screen while launch Adobe Elements 2021.

Please follow the steps below :

• Browse the location C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 2021 
• Double click the file PhotoshopElementsEditor 
• Please check if it able to launch Photoshop Elements Editor 
• Follow the same for Premiere Elements 
• Execute the run command "devmgmt.msc" & check how many display drivers do you have .
• If you have 2 , please update both , restart your machine & try to launch the main icons .
• If you get the same results, try ti disable both one by one & try to launch Elements from the main icon .

Please do let us know the results .
