Recently installed Elements 15 on a pc. Was trying to edit a photo and got

this message 3 times:

  • Photoshop Elements 15 Editor*

  • Photoshop Elements Editor 15 has stopped working.*

  • A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.*

Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

Tried calling help line - referred to adobe.com/getsupport - not able to

get ph no or answer.

Is there no Chat support available? One person replied he had the same

problem that resolved by Chat but I can find no access to chat!!
