Nell'anno 2015 ho acquistato on line il programma PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 13 che è stato installato 2 computer entrambi nel tempo eliminati per guasti irreparabili all'hard disk e quindi senza poter disinstallare il programma da alcuno di essi . Adesso ne ho bisogno sul nuovo PC e non viene attivato. In un hard disk esterno ho il backup di tutta l'organizzazione delle mie numerose foto, fatto con il programma in questione, che dovrei rifare completamente.

Si può fare qualcosa? Si può avere una nuova chiave d'accesso visto che il programma è stato a suo tempo pagato?

if you can't use either of the two computers with activated installs, there's no way to activate on a 3rd computer.

You may be able to activate offline.  See this HelpX article.  Although it is written for Elements 2019, it should also work for Elements 13.  I assume you have been able to install the program from disc.  If not, you will find a download link on the Products page of your Adobe account.  You will also find your serial number there.

If you are unable to activate the product, you will have to purchase Elements 2025 which now only has a 3-year term license.  (But the Organizer will continue to work without buying a new license, after that.)  If you have your catalog folder and media backed up, you will be able to restore the catalog (and media) to your new computer, using Elements 2025.

At this time of year, you may be able to find Elements at third party retailers for a substantial discount.  Otherwise, you will be entiled to a purchase from Adobe with a prior owner discount - usually about 20%.  You may also be able to find a copy of Elements 2024 with a perpetual license at some third party retailers.
