Photoshop Taking up 500gb when making a 1920x1920 pixel with ONE rectangle

Hello! When i create a 1920 x 1920 pixel image and i add ONE rectangle it says that the virtual memory is full but there are over 700 gb before i create the project, is there anyway to reduce it so it doesn't take up that much space because that is insane!!

Make sure when you create a new 1920 x 1920 image you use pixels and not inches.
