I made a photoshop video a few weeks ago and now I can't open it.
The error message is "this type of file is not supported or the required codex is not installed""
I haven't made any changes to my computer.
What has happened?

What do you call a "photoshop video"?
Are you on Photoshop Elements (this forum) or in Premiere Elements (Premiere Elements )?
There is no such photoshop video format. A video produced by Elements as a slideshow would be in the mp4 video format. Or the 'project' may have been saved in the '.pse' project format.
