Hello,

When sharing a photo with Adobe Photoshop Element 15 using email method, the attachement doesnt appear or is coded with a long chain of caracters.

The parameters of the email account in Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 is right. Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 says the the email is send.

When opening the email via webmail or thunderbird, there is no attachement (photo), no subjet, no text.

My OS is Windows 10 whit all last updates and Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 is updated too.

My computer is brand new ASUS Laptop.

Thanks for your Help.

Rémy

It could be the way your email server is treating attachments. It works perfectly for me with Gmail.

Hi Rémy

After clicking Share >> Email (attachment) you can normally choose a size from the dropdown menu before clicking next see image below.

Thanks for your reply.

But that's not the problem. I know how to do this.

But when i receive the mail, there is no attachment (photo) or it is coded "Adsghrkh@#gjgez3.....

there is no subject and no text in the message. The email received is blank.

Interresting, it's a way to explorer. I'm gonna try with another email provider.

Thanks again.

99jon,

Thanks for your idea, it was the right solution. I have setup a new Gmail address and it works fine now.

The french provider 'Orange' i used was not compliant with the attachment coding method as you thought.

Thanks very very much.
