Photshop Elements 2020

Hi,

I just bought Photoshop Elements 2020 on CD.

It says that requirement is Windows 10, recommended version 1809, 1903. I thought that was minimum.

I have Windows 10, version 2004. I installed the program and did the suggested updates of the program but the program does not work. A crash report comes up everytime I go in to the program.

What shall I do? 

Can I not use the program because my laptop has a Windows 10 version that is too new??

Elements 2020 works just fine on my newly installed version of Win 10 version 2004.

Please give us more details of your problem.  Does the program not launch at all?  Are you getting any error messages?  Has it ever launched?
