Picture notes

i extensively used notes in Organizer to tell the story behind the pictures.  I use an old version of photoshop elements (5).  When I upgraded to Windows 10, most of my notes disappeared.  Is there any way to get them back?

You could try the Catalog Conversion Utility for .psa files using the latest free trial version which is PSE15. The link below is a little old but just substitute PSE15 as appropriate.
