Picture Package for Elements 9

Hi guys

I Have Photoshop Elements 9 & I tried to use the mode Automation Tools under File but its Greyed out & i am Trying to Download a Plugin (Picture Package) to print different sized passport Photos.

I did find this link but it says its only for CS6 Print photos in a picture package layout in Photoshop

Please Can someone Help me

Obviously this does not work.

An adaptive response to reality is to make your own template(s), or utilize a tool provided by US Dept. of State for 2x2" passport photos.
