Places names with french accents

New Here ,
Feb 27, 2018 Feb 27, 2018

I just purchased Elements 2018 and started to tag my pictures for "Places".  Was trying to place pictures in Gatineau Québec, and the organiser finds the location. No problem there. Placed additional pictures in the same area but they appear under a separate tree. I have a tree under Canada-Quebec-Gatineau-Parc Jacques-Cartier... and a tree under Canada-Québec-Gatineau-Train Chelsea-Wakefield.... As you can see, on has an accent on Québec, and the other one not.... Attached is a picture of the tree. How can I get rid of the one without the accent and move the Gatineau entries together. I have tried to move the "Parc Jacques cartier" down to the right one but it will not allow me to do it.

Found It,

When place tag is added using the "add location +" from the media tab, I type the city name , it finds it and it puts it at the right place on the map.... under QUEBEC no accent on the E.

Then, I use the Places screen and move the picture to a more precise location.

Now that it is moved, the Location now shows QUÉBEC with an accent on the É . My image is now places in "Canada, Québec, Tadoussac" and the original location is now empty.

I fixed my problem by moving my images, even so slightly, after adding them to a place. BUT I think this is a bug.

HOW do I report this bug.?
