There are often problems with Topaz plug-ins.  Did you use the Topaz installer to install into Elements 2022?  If you did, then you should be contacting Topaz for assistance.  If you didn't, then that's what you need to do.

And FWIW, on my Windows 10 machine, the Topaz Sharpen AI plug-in installs into:

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 2022\Required\Plug-Ins\Topaz

Is that where your denoise plug-in file is stored?

What OS are you using?

Which plug-ins folder is the Topaz plug-in stored in?

How did you install the plug-in?

Take a look at this article from the Topaz support website.

In case anyone else has the same issue as I did with this and is searching this forum for answers...  I was expecting to see the plugin under File\Automation Tools (which is where I see the ON1 plugin) but I couldn't see it. A bit of googling and I discovered that it's under Filter instead. It doesn't show up as a layer, which is annoying, but at least it's there, and seems pretty good so far. Maybe I was just being dumb, but I didn't expect it as a Filter, so hopefully this will be helpful to others in the same situation as me!
