Pointeur de souris invisible dans l'Organizer

Bonjour,

Le pointeur de ma souris n'apparaît pas lorsque je passe dans l'Organizeur, alors qu'il est tout à fait normal et visible dans l'Editeur de Photos ou de Videos.

J'ai tenté de verrouiller ou de déverrouiller la touche Verr Maj, cela ne change rien.
Je suis sous Windows 10 et j'utilise Photoshop Elements 15.0

Are you totally unable to use the mouse in the Organizer, or is this just a random behavior?

Have you tried pressing the Ctrl key?

What kind of computer?  (Laptop, desktop, touch screen.)

What kind of mouse?  (USB, wireless, trackpad.)

A couple of other things to try:

1. Update your graphics card driver and/or possibly your mouse driver.
2. Delete the Organizer's preferences file.  Immediately upon launching the Organzier, hold down the Shift+Alt+Cmd keys.  A dialog will pop up asking if you want to delete the Organizer's settings file.  Answer yes.  If the dialog doesn't appear, it may be hidden on the task bar as a flashing icon, waiting for a response from you.

When you say "hold down the ShiftAltCmd keys" , are you assuming that I

use a Mac or a Windows PC? I do not see the Cmd key on my Windows PC.

Sorry.  I knew you had Windows 10.  I just put down the wrong key.  Yes, it is Shift+Alt+Ctrl.
