PPP not supported

have just downloaded and found that PPP files not supported,  I can't belive it!

PPP files are proprietary.

Can you save them to a different format in the program they were created?

I'm not sure why you are so incredulous.  Elements is not a desktop publishing app.  Even Affinity Publishing, the program that succeeded Serif's PagePlus program cannot open PPP files.

The PPP file format was discontinued in 2017, when Serif replaced PagePlus with Affinity Publisher.
